Menu for week of 7/31/17

Protein: Chicken, Ground Turkey, Pork Loin, Tilapia

Starch: Chilled tabouli (recipe of the week, $1 extra per meal), whole wheat penne pasta, sweet potatoes

Veg: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Fat: peanuts, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds


Breakfast: English muffin with Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese or Peanut Butter (please specify) and sugar free jelly with a side of egg scramble (veggies and cheese mixed in)

Orders are due on Thursday July 27th
