Menu for the week of 9/4/17

Orders due Thursday August 28th. I will prep on Labor Day Monday instead of Sunday. Pick up and delivery available Monday.

Protein: pork loin, turkey burger, chicken (teriyaki or plain)

Starch: roasted new potatoes, couscous, sweet potato fries, brown rice

Veg: sautéed yellow squash, Brussels sprouts, green beans

Fat: pine nuts, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, cashews


Recipe of the Week $10 – Fajitas with red bell peppers and onions. Please specify chicken or ground chorizo. Served with 6″ flour tortillas, salsa, and your choice of guacamole or sour cream.

Breakfast $5 – Overnight Oats made with Greek yogurt, steel cut oats, quinoa flakes, chia seeds, and almond milk. Strawberries on the side.

Snack $5: Yogurt parfait (Greek yogurt, chopped pecans, granola, and red grapes). Order as a breakfast.
