Menu for the week of 9/10/17

Orders due Thursday 9/7/17.  I will prep on Sunday 9/10.  I received a half hog from a 4-H member back in Kansas, so this is farm raised pork!

Protein: ground turkey, smoked brisket (farm raised), pork chop (farm raised), chicken, black bean burger

Starch: wheat penne pasta, couscous, sweet potatoes

Veg: snap peas, cauliflower, carrots

Fat: sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds, peanuts, pine nuts


Recipe of the Week: Vegetable Lasagna $9.  Please choose a vegetable side.

Breakfast: Sausage and cheese on English Muffin – $5
