Menu for the week of 9-17-17

Orders are due by Thursday 9/14/17

Protein: ground turkey, ground beef patty, teriyaki chicken, chicken shawarma (sliced seasoned chicken $1 extra; limited quantity available!)

Starch: black beans, sweet potatoes, wild rice

Veg: Prince Edward beans, broccoli, sauteed zucchini

Fat: sunflower seeds, pine nuts, cashews, almonds

 

Recipe of the Week: Southwestern Chicken-Quinoa Salad ($10): Contains black beans, jalapenos, corn, tomatoes, quinoa, grilled chicken, and spices. Comes with your choice of sour cream or guacamole.

Breakfast: Breakfast Burrito ($6.50): Farm raised pork sausage, egg, cheese, onion, and peppers wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with sour cream, Ranch, and picante sauce.
