Menu for the week of 8/20/17

Menu for this week:

Protein: ground turkey, hamburger patty, chicken (teriyaki or plain)

Starch: couscous, black beans, sweet potatoes

Veg: Prince Edward beans, broccoli, red bell pepper (specify sauteed or raw)

Fat: avocado, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, almonds


Recipe of the Week: I’m bringing back the Mediterranean Wrap!  It has chicken, couscous, tomato, and cucumber in a spinach wrap


Breakfast: I’m also bringing back a favorite — the Banana Apple Muffins — 2 muffins for $5
