Menu for this week:

Protein: ground beef, turkey burger, black bean burger, chicken (teriyaki or plain)

Starch: whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, wild rice

Veg: snap peas, cauliflower, green beans, Prince Edward beans

Fat: pine nuts, sunflower seeds, peanuts, almonds, cashews, avocado
