Welcome to my blog posts! This is where you’ll find the menu for the week. I will post every week on Monday afternoon. Please order by Thursday evening. If you want delivery, please select “Shipping” at check out and it’ll automatically add $10, which represents my delivery charge. Remember that I only prep once per week (Sunday) at this time, so if you order on a Sunday, for instance, you will not receive your order until the next Sunday. Menu for this week:
Protein: Ground turkey, chicken (teriyaki or plain), Seared Yellowfin Tuna ($2 extra)
Starch: wild rice, sweet potatoes, black beans
Vegetable: sauteed yellow squash, broccoli, green beans
Fat: sunflower seeds, pine nuts, cashews, almonds, peanuts
Recipe of the Week:
Crockpot Mexican Lasagna — Made with 6″ tortillas, black beans, corn, salsa, diced tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Everyone loved it a couple weeks ago!
Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies — Includes oats, flaxseed, peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil. Two large cookies for $5
