Menu for the week of 12/5/17

To guarantee meals, please order by Thursday, Nov 2nd!  I will now make extra meals on Sunday for anyone that may have forgotten to order or any last-minute orders.  These meals will be first come, first served!  Please check my Meals by Joleen facebook page on Sunday afternoons for updates!


Protein: ground turkey, ground pork (farm raised and lean), chicken (teriyaki or plain)

Starch: couscous blend, sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta

Veg: tri-color cauliflower, sauteed zucchini, red bell pepper, brussel sprouts

Fat: sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews
