Protein: Ground beef, chicken, black bean burger

Starch: home grown sweet corn, edamamme, wild rice

Veg: broccoli, carrots, snap peas

Fat: almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pecans

 

Recipe of the Week: Beef Fajitas ($9) – includes 2- 6″ flour tortillas, marinated beef strips, bell pepper/onion with side of guac
