Menu for the week of 11/19/17

Orders due Thursday.  Please get me your containers by Saturday night.

Protein: Bison burger, Turkey burger, Ground beef, Chicken

Starch: Sweet potato fries, New potatoes, Couscous

Veg: Cauliflower, Asparagus, Oriental blend vegetables

Fat: Sunflower seeds, Cashews, Almonds, Walnuts

 

Breakfast/Snack: Gluten Free Maple Pecan Pumpkin Muffins – 2 for $5.  If ordering online, choose the $5 breakfast.  These are vegan and without refined sugar.  You can look at recipe and ingredients on my Meals by Joleen facebook page.
