Protein: chicken (teriyaki or plain), chorizo, chicken shawarma, tilapia, black bean burger

Starch: brown rice, sweet corn and peppers, sweet potatoes, whole wheat spaghetti

Veg: Oriental blend veggies, sugar snap peas, carrots

Fat: sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds
