Orders are due Thursday 9/28/17

Protein: ground turkey, ground chorizo, tilapia, chicken (plain or teriyaki)

Starch: edamamme, red grapes, sweet potato fries, brown rice/quinoa blend

Veg: grilled mixed vegetables, carrots, spinach (specify fresh or sauteed)

Fat: sunflower seeds, pine nuts, cashews, almonds, peanuts


Breakfast $8 – Breakfast burrito with spinach, onion, egg, cheese, and farm-raised sausage in whole wheat tortilla
