Menu for the week of 10/10/17

Orders are due Thursday 10/7/17.  I will meal prep on Sunday 10/17 for pickup same day.  If you cannot pick up on Sunday, please select “shipping” or delivery at checkout.  Thank you!

Protein: ground beef patty, chorizo, chicken (teriyaki or plain), ground turkey

Starch: sweet potatoes, whole wheat spaghetti, brown rice

Veg: Prince Edward Beans, carrots, cauliflower, snap peas

Fat: pine nuts, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, almonds


Recipe of the Week: Vegetable Lasagna (limited quantity available; first come first served)
