Menu for the week of 1/7/18


I will be prepping on Monday January 8th this week for pickup/delivery same day.  Remember that my “fast track” Zone meals continue to be available.  They consist of 3 oz of lean protein, double vegetable (no starch), and an unsaturated fat.  They are the same price as the other meals and offer a way to burn fat quicker to help meet your weight loss goals this year!  Orders are due Thursday 1/4/18.

Protein: ground turkey, pork loin, chicken, black bean burger

Starch: sweet potatoes, pinto beans, couscous

Veg: broccoli, carrots, green beans

Fat: walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds
