Menu for the week of 1/14/18

Changes at Meals by Joleen!  I will now be prepping twice per week!  I will always prep on Sunday + one other day during the week.  This will most likely be Wednesday.  If you order your meals Friday through 12 Noon on Tuesday, I will prep those meals on Wednesday.  If you order Tuesday afternoon through Thursday, I will prep those meals on Sunday.  Let me know if you have questions!

The second change is free shipping for orders over $80!  Must be within the Tulsa metro area (15 mile radius from my residence)

Protein: turkey burger, chicken (teriyaki or plain), tilapia, chorizo

Starch: sweet potato fries, brown rice, whole wheat pasta

Veg: Italian blend vegetables, red bell pepper, frozen vegetable like cauliflower, broccoli (TBD)

Fat: sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds


Recipe of the Week: Steak quesadillas ($9)

Breakfast: Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies (2 large cookies for $5)
